Hello, I am Lester Syber, DProf – thank you for visiting my site and hope the information you find here will be useful for you.
After obtaining the doctoral degree in physics from Tennessee Tech University in 1996, I have amassed over two decades of expertise in the realms of power storage and battery production technologies.
My focus extends to transformative energy storage solutions, hybrid storage systems and design of redox flow batteries. Throughout my career, I’ve been dedicated to identifying low-cost and earth-abundant metal alternatives, contributing to the sustainable evolution of energy technologies.
Currently based in Harbour Town, Nashville, I am actively involved in pioneering research within enterprise technology and power-saving appliances. Additionally, I provide tutorial consultations in physics to students at Tennessee State University. My contributions have earned recognition, including awards from The American Physical Society (APS) and ScienceDirect.
Beyond the realm of research and development, I find joy in outdoor activities such as hiking, walking and running, all set against the backdrop of vibrant community in the Harbour Town. My appreciation for the finer things in life extends to a love for good classical music.
