Bright Bars/Cold Drawn Bars

Steel Bright Bars or Cold Drawn Bars are manufactured by passing hot rolled steel bars through dies in a cold process. It improves size selection in close tolerances and straightness, which facilitates automatic bar feeding in CNC.

Wire Rods / Coils

We manufacture our wire rods through the latest direct hot charging technique, via our concast facility. The product is rolled in our fully automatic steel rolling mill under the banner of Prime Steel processors. We produce low carbon, medium carbon, high carbon, cold heading quality(CHQ).

Square Bar/Round Cornered Square

Round Cornered Square bars or RCS are mainly used for drop forged components in the automotive industry. Our RCS Products have a uniform internal structure and a very good surface quality. We manufacture a wide range of RCS bars in various grades and sizes, according to the customer’s requirements.

Hex Bar

Steel Hexagons are long steel bars having 6 sides. They are used in a number of engineering products such as nuts, bolts, hydraulic fittings etc. We have a fully dedicated rolling mill to manufacture Hex Bars in almost all grades and sizes. We have been pioneers in hex bars since 1978.
